Hi, I'm Karina! lllustrator, character designer, and the extroverted introvert behind SugarSpace Art.
I make original characters, fan art, and collectible bear designs for the girls who grew up sheltered, felt a little too soft for loud spaces, and are still figuring out how to take up room without being loud about it. If you're the type to feel everything, say very little of it out loud, and secretly wish your childhood toy box came back, you're exactly who I make this for!!
I used to be a teacher and wrestling coach (yes, really), but now I'm a corporate trainer by day with a master's in digital marketing. By everything else, I'm the person drawing the bear you're going to be emotionally attached to by next week. SugarSpace Art exists so you have somewhere soft to land, something cute that isn't mass produced, and characters worth knowing. I hope you find yourself in some of my designs!
